My lifestyle newborn sessions take place in a local studio and focus on capturing genuine interactions with you and your new little one. My goal is to create a relaxing experience for new mama's and their babies. We'll take things as slow as we need to, if baby needs to eat, we take a break. If mama needs space, we take a break. Your comfort is our main goal!

An up to 2 hours studio session in one of two beautiful, naturally lit studios in either Santa Fe or Kemah

What you need to know!
What to expect
- Babies fuss, it's okay! We will take our time and let baby lead the way. If you need to take a break and feed your baby, you will have access to a private place.
- Our focus will be primarily interactive photos rather than posed, looking at the camera shots (we may still do a couple of those as well)
- You are more than welcome to look at posing on Pinterest and come with your own ideas but you don't have to! I'll guide you through the session. Just let me know if you have any requests!
What to wear
- Light neutrals are ALWAYS best! Browns, beiges, and whites make for a soft image that will match any decor. I advise you to avoid darker colors as they will not allow for a light and airy image.
- Normally I would say to add a couple of patterns for a visually interesting photo, however, with baby being the focus I would stick with solids and maybe the one subtle pattern. We don't want to draw focus away from baby!
What to bring
- A backup outfit for baby (accidents happen!)
- Anything you wouldn't leave the house without (diapers, wipes, etc.)
- Any stuffies or props you would like in the photos.
- Snacks for siblings!
- Any touch up products you would like to have (hairbrush, lipstick, etc.)
